What material is the bracelet made from?
Our bracelets are made from durable, high quality stainless steel. Unlike other metals it is hypoallergenic (which makes it a great choice for everyone, even those with sensitive skin). They are scratch and rust resistant and can last a very long whilst retaining its lustre. Our yellow and rose gold bracelets are 18k gold plated. They are Nickel free and Lead free.
How is my bracelet packaged?
We use a minimalist yet tasteful recyclable packaging which is ready for gift giving for all our bracelets. However, if you are placing a gift order and would like something different, we provide other gift packaging options at check out.
All our bracelets are covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage; we will replace your bracelet for free if it breaks.
All our bracelets are covered by manufacturer defect warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This covers defects in material or workmanship and does include defects caused by misuse and the normal wear and tear that result from use.
The Gold Plating on our ‘Gold and Rose gold’ bracelets are covered for three (3) months from the date of purchase and against defects in workmanship.

Can I cancel my order?
Our orders are usually processed on the same day and this may not be possible. Please contact us at help(at)ncouragebracelets.com to check if we are still able to cancel an order.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, how can I change it?
Usually yes, but not all the time. Our orders are usually processed on the same day and this may not be possible. Please contact us at help(at)ncouragebracelets.com within a maximum of two hours after placing your order to check if we are still able to do change the shipping address.
How can I check the status of my order?
We send updates of the status of your order via email until dispatch. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Where is my tracking number?
Whether or not you get a tracking number will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We don’t provide tracking numbers when you choose our standard UK or international shipping method. If you think you should have received a tracking number and you haven’t, please do contact us at help(at)ncouragebracelets.com and we will be happy to clarify this for you.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order, what should I do?
We would usually send out a confirmation email to the email address provided as soon as your payment and order have been confirmed, on the odd occasion that you don’t receive a confirmation email from us, please do contact us at help(at)ncouragebracelets.com so we can send you another one.
How is my gift packaged, how do I know when it has been delivered?
We package gift orders according to your preference at check out. We offer you an option to have a your gifts packaged either in our luxury gift box or our standard box at checkout.
How can I make sure that receipt and payment information are not included in my gift order(s)?
We don’t include receipts or payment information in our any of our packages.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes we do offer expedited shipping; options are available at check out.
Do you do international shipping, and how long does it take?
Yes we do. We ship worldwide and delivery times may vary.

Europe – arrives within 3 - 5 working days
US, Australia and the rest of the world – arrives within 5 - 7 working days
Can I return an item?
We trust that you will be satisfied with your NCOURAGE bracelet(s), but on the rare occasion that you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us by sending us an email with your order details and reason for return help(at)ncouragebracelets.com
to arrange a return and we will send you a return address.
We only accept returns within 28 days of purchase with the exceptions of sale, clearance, customised items and final sale items.
Shipping cost for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Your refund (excluding any shipping cost incurred) will be processed within 14 working days from when your item arrives with us and your refund will be made to your original payment method.
We are happy to arrange an exchange of unworn bracelets in perfect condition still its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by sending an email to us help(at)ncouragebracelets.com and we will send you an exchange form and return address.
Your exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving your exchange request.
Shipping cost involved in this process is solely the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return clearance, sale, or final sale items?
No we do not accept returns or exchanges on our sale, clearance or final sale items.
