NCOURAGE bracelets are made from durable, high quality stainless steel. Unlike other metals it is hypoallergenic (which makes it a great choice for everyone, even those with sensitive skin). They are scratch and rust resistant and can last a very long whilst retaining their lustre. Our yellow and rose gold bracelets are 18k gold plated.  Our bracelets are Nickel free and Lead free.

For our packaging, we use a simple yet tasteful recyclable packet which is ready for gift giving for all our bracelets. However, if you are placing a gift order and would like something different, we provide other gift packaging options at check out. 

 FIT :

NCOURAGE bracelets are durable and fully adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit for most wrist sizes.

When you have worn your bracelet on your wrist, encircle your index finger and thumb firmly around the bracelet then press the ends of your bracelet gently towards each other until it fits how you like it.

To loosen the bracelet, or to take it off, gently pull the ends of the bracelet apart gently. 

CARE : 

• A gently wipe with a cotton ball, lint free cloth, or jewellery cloth after each use: to wipe away any grease or dirt that might have accumulated on the surface will help to restore shine.  
• Avoid exposing your bracelet to water and harsh chemicals. Chlorine and bleach can cause damage to your bracelet so we advise taking it off before swimming or coming in contact with chlorinated water.

On the rare occasion that you are not entirely satisfied with your bracelet, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of sale, clearance, and custom bracelets) for an exchange or refund.
